Welcome to Mrs. evans' Speech & Language Therapy Website!
As a speech-language pathologist (SLP), I work with students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom. SLPs can target many different goals, but the most common areas in schools are expressive (producing) and receptive (understanding) language and articulation (speech sounds). These goals can be targeted in many ways, so sometimes speech & language therapy might look like playing! It can also look like having a conversation, working on classroom assignments, or reading a book. Every speech & language session, we talk about what we're working on and why. I encourage you to ask your child on his/her speech & language day what he/she worked on!
Some common goals are...
Speaking clearly

Categories
Synonyms/antonyms
